Our mobile baking platform
Our mobile baking platform provides us the flexibility to bake fresh Brezen (Bavarian Pretzels) independant of surrounding infra structure options, right where your are located.
We are also supplier for baker's shops and event organizers. Since 1994 we
have specialized in frozen Brezen dough pieces and half baked rolls and
other dough ware of 90-400g. We deliver within a radius of about 150 km.
Beyond this we sub contract. Our vehicles consists of a
major lorriy
and two "Sprinter" delivery vans.
